Coloring Eggs

Since we don't have chickens anymore (since Dan got a new "bird dog" that ate the last few we had) Our neighbor has been giving us eggs from his chickens every weekend.  I really love how the colors turn out a rich, deep color when you use brown eggs!

We didn't have any regular vinegar so we made do with this weird stuff that Dan bought that came from the Philippines.  It was the same kind of vinegar he had while on his mission there.

 

 

Dan's bbq'ed shrimp avocado burger.  I ate one similar -the shrimp.  They were really good, and big.
